Quite a lengthy and involved interview, started as a group and everyone did a short couple minute speech on a few questions that had been provided. The day then included a presentation on what the company is about and what the role would involve followed by a small assessment. Later everyone progressed to a one on one interview

I applied online, then they send me a schedule by email. I chose the day then the manager didn't call me on that day. So I called back and left message then the manager call me and asked a few questions-- all most questions are average

Interview
Assessment Centre, will ask you to leave during the process if you dont meet their requirements. It's really all about how much commision you can make. All asians were asked to leave after 2 rounds.
