I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Sydney)
Interview
Very straight forward interview process. Started with an initial online application, then quick phone call (lasted about 5 minutes). Invited into head office for an interview day which had a couple of rounds. First round was a group interview (about 30 people) with a super easy paper test on geography and primary-school level math. We had a quick activity to buddy up with a partner and introduce them to the group. Second round was narrowed down to groups of 3 where we sat with a recruiter and answered some more questions in-depth (about customer experiences, overcoming issues/problems/complaints, giving examples etc.) The job was offered about a day or two after this interview day. All-in-all it is a very quick and simple process, and the recruitment team are super approachable and friendly people. They ask you to list a few preferences for locations you'd like to work at, and then they assign you as close to this as possible based on their needs.
