I applied online. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (London, England)
Interview
I applied online then I was selected to chose a time for the first step, which is a phone interview. The interviewer sounded like it was inconvenient for him to even have to talk to me on the phone, I could tell by the way he sounded, he was also unnecessarily intimidating, the phone call only lasted 7 minutes. The interviewer decided he didn't like me because I got nervous when answering his questions, so I noticed he was trying to cut it short. I was really passionate about this role and really thought I would of thrived in it, so his decision is their loss. Advice: get someone more friendly to conduct interviews, not the assistant miserable manager of recruitment. Flight centre is supposed to be an equal company but you sometimes, you can't judge someone off of a 7 minute, unprofessional conducted phone call. This interview experience has encouraged me to never use Flight Centre again when booking travel.
