After I initially applied, I heard back within 24 hours saying that I had a phone interview, which was scheduled for the next day. The phone interview was short and quite basic, I didn't have to do any of the "sell me a pineapple" type questions, although I know some people who did. I was just asked for some more information on my work experience and places I'd travelled. Within an hour, I received a call saying I had a place at an assessment centre the following week!
The assessment centre was good- there was a lot of opportunity to meet people who worked there and find out if the company was right for you. There were a few group exercises in selling and a written quiz. After lunch there was a test on the computer system (how quickly you picked it up) and then a group interview.
