Three step interview: Step one - phone call, step two group interview that took a full day, step three, training for two weeks (paid) with tests and examinations. It seemed like an overall very thorough attempt to make sure you were a good fit and they spend a lot of money on training, although the real life stuations differed greatly from what training they provided
