I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group in Sep 2013
Interview
-Applied online.
-Received initial telephone call the next day.
-Asked to complete the online psychometric testing. This included questions on your work technique, methodology, and sales personality. Some questions are trying to establish if you are a leader, or if you are more of a follower. It depends how you interpret the question. Next up included a difficult timed maths test, and literacy test. Nothing to worry about as I didnt complete all the questions.
-Then I had a 30 minute phone interview which included questions on my sales experience. There were 5 leading questions where you had to provide answers based on experience in the past two years.
- Once completed I was given a time for a meet and greet, the following week.
-The meet and greet included a one on one with the store manager, quite relaxed.
-Then I was given a one hour test on geography, and maths, based on examples you might have in the workplace.
