Applied online. No response within 48hrs which their website states so I emailed recruitment department and it turns out I had a phone interview but they had not emailed me this information. They then sent me an email to choose a time for the phone interview.

the questions were pretty average - my sales experience, where I had traveled, what I know about Flight Centre and why I chose Flight Centre over other travel agencies.
I did not have any experience of selling on commission so I struggled to persuade them I could do this and she very interested in this answer. Be confident with your answer on this one.
