A full day group assessment, including a role play of a cold call as well as group-on-one interview. My group included 8 people of varying backgrounds. We had to find partners and present each other, followed by a presentation using image cards to tell a narrative.

Interview
First interview with company recruiter via phone. It was about 30 minutes with general interview questions and my experience. The second interview was with the Director and VP of the department. It lasted about an hour via Zoom. Very nice people and general questions on how I handle situations with a heavy emphasis on my background and experience.
Lots of face to face interviews, and then two days of basic training, but everyone was really nice and I got kept up to date with my application throughout the process.
