I thought I would come back here and give you guys some tips as I believe the reason I got offered this job is because this forum gave me some great tips which I studied up on. Firstly I had a phone interview (real easy), then got asked to go to the group assessment process. The group assessment day begins with a run down of the company. Then we paired up and got asked to sell our partner & why they would be good for the position.Then we got given a geography and numeracy test (they ask for lots of capitals, major airlines of certain countries, where you would go skiing, scuba diving, where certain landmarks are, why you would choose independent touring over contiki etc etc...) as long as you study for a few hours YOU WILL BE FINE! The numeracy test was also super easy. Nothing to stress over (calculators provided). They then short listed and the remaining people had their 1 on 1 interviews (basic questions. eg. give an example of a time you had to deal with conflict in the workplace)...Goodluck everyone!
