I applied online. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Johannesburg) in Jan 2015
Interview
I applied online and got an email informing me of a telephonic interview. Next day was the assessment with about 15 others. They gave us a background then a short geography test. Then we we split into groups of 2 and had to sell the other person. Then a case study where we were divided into half. We were survivors of a plane crash and had to choose 8 items to take with us into the jungle...Brazil. Anyway then they took us one by one to sell a holiday destination...according to their sales process outline then they sent half home. Had a break then a more intense group interview in front of a panel of 3 . They asked each one to tell them about what we were asked in the telephone interview. Yell us about yourself. Did you meet your sales targets. Have your references ready. Lots of Sales questions then got finger printed for criminal record and went home. Those who went to the next round were called back for another interview the next day.
