I had my interview on the phone, the main things they talked about was why I wanted the role and the hours and pay. Pretty standard stuff.
I got invited to the next stage of the process, a group interview. Preparing for the interview, I read a lot online about working for the company and I'll admit, some of it scared me off. I called to cancel my interview, saying I got another job and the lady was lovely. She congratulated me and wished me luck. I also got a thank you email for letting them know.
I thought this didn't sound like what I'd been hearing online and called them back. I told her everything, about the reviews and how I was worried about if it was really like that.
She was really honest with me, saying that yes, they do work long hours and that the pay in the first year is pretty average, but that if you stick out that first year, the rewards are definitely worth it (she used to be a consultant herself actually so I figure she knows what she's talking about)
I'm still thinking about whether this is the right thing for me and my family right now, but it was good to hear it direct from them and it's not like they tried to hide anything about what the job is really like.

Initially started as group stages, being asked questions to whittle our people they probably saw as having too much pre-existing sales type focus. The more formal interview was comfortable and not stressful. This was done in groups of 3.

Interview
Got an invite for a 15 minute phone interview the day after I applied. The recruitment specialist was extremely kind and informative, he asked basic questions pertaining to my resume and gave a brief breakdown of the job.
I was immediately moved to the next stage which was a 45 minute phone interview with the same person, going more in-depth of the job, and more personalized questions from a personality/skill quiz which took about an hour to complete. 10 questions, the last 3 were timed and included deciphering backwards sentences and basic math.
After the second phone interview, I was invited to an in-store assessment day where I completed a work book consisting of fun geography sections such as capital cities, airport codes, time zones, etc. I then had a 1:1 with my manager and it was super casual and easy-going. Probably the best interview i've ever had.
Next day I was offered the job, which was subject to 2 reference checks.

Interview
Many questions, asking about both past travel experience, past work experience and where you'd like to travel to next. Very easy going and allows for real conversation. The interviewer really broke down what the corporate culture was like and helped me become more interested in the job.
