Interview
Emailed to do a 15-min phone screen the same day I applied. Asked to do a virtual interview the same week with 2 accountants. Both were very nice and the interview itself was relaxed and quite average. Reference check was done the following week and I was emailed back with their decision by the end of that week.

Question 1
Very basic interview questions (ex. how do you handle stress and deadlines, what were your responsibilities in previous jobs, etc.). Mostly behavioural; no technical questions that were specific to accounting. HR did ask if I had any vacations booked in the next 6 months.
