I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Vancouver, BC) in Jul 2010
Interview
The over all interview process was easy - average.. It first consisted of a short online questionnaire. After which included a telephone interview, approximately 30 minutes long, with myself and a hr person.
Then a personal test, which had a small intelligence component to it; was emailed to me. This was a timed test, and took about 1.5 hours to complete. A large component of the test was multiply choice, or a 'choose which best describes you' section. The remainder included basic math questions, and a calculator was allowed to be used.
