Interview process was very old school and out of touch with the new generation of workers coming in.
At one point I had an itch on my wrist. I briefly looked at it, and I was grilled about "looking at my watch" and whether or not I had somewhere more important to be.... I wasn't even wearing a watch.
I was barely asked any technical questions or anything to gather my actually knowledge or experience.
All I can say is there's probably a handful of good technicians possibly walking through here not even getting a chance because they didn't get past the first ancient style of interviewing their first manager uses.
