I read the tips on Glassdoor to prepare me and they definitely made me more comfortable The first stage is the phone interview - general questions: what you think the job entails, why you applied etc. Second stage involves a recruitment day, you will be shown videos, i took notes but didn't really end up needing them. You will have to 'sell' your partner to the group, talk about why they will be good for the role. There will then be a maths assessment, mostly to do with fares and commission, take time to read all the info. During this time recruiters take candidates one by one to a role play were you have 4 minutes to sell a random holiday destination they give you. Before this you are shown a 7 step sales process, so not so daunting. There was also a geography test then before lunch some people were sent home. After lunch the second stage commenced which wasn't talked about on these forums as much. We did a team building exercise building a tower out of paper, watched some more videos then had some interview with a recruiter and two candidates which felt really competitive to me, like we had to out do each other. In these interviews they want you to be really specific with experiences. After travelling a long way by this part of the day i was feeling a bit frazzled, so try and stay energetic and focussed.
