I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Sydney) in May 2015
Interview
There are 3 steps. 1. The phone interview 2. Online test and 3. Group meeting which involves role play and two tests. A lot of questions to be answered. I suggest you to really do research before hand. In the role play you are given 4 minutes to try and sell your interviewer (the customer) a holiday, they will ask questions to try and throw you off guard. They also chose the destination
