I applied online. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Melbourne) in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied online and within 12hours I received an email saying I've been invited to a phone interview. I selected 11am, was called at about 11:05am, the questions were simple and straight forward, then I was told a little bit more about the base salary + commission, how we work through public holiday and weekends etc etc. I actually have a holiday booked in Oct, I asked the interviewer but was told it is ok. At the end of the interview, which took about 8mins in total, she congratulated me for going onto the next round- the group interview. I had a choice between the next day and in 3days time, I selected the later so I have more time to prepare. I got an email with the details of the day, and also a link to the Online self assessment. It was just basic personality tests, and at the end a few timed tests. I didn't manage to finish all the questions, most people I know struggled too.
Now just waiting for my group interview in 2days! Slightly nervous but very excited!
