I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Perth, Western Australia) in Jul 2015
Interview
The recruiters are really friendly and give you plenty of opportunities to learn about Flight Centre and ask questions. They want to make sure you are a good fit for the company and vice-versa.
The online application and telephone interview are straight forward, be concise and clear. The psychometric testing requires your undivided attention for about an hour. Make sure to read the instructions properly and have a calculator, note pad and pen handy for the last part of it, which will be timed so don't spend too much time on 1 question.
Ensure you have your passport, resume and 2 professional references. The assessment centre day involves a few tasks (sales skills), tests (maths, geography), a group interview and one on one interview. The recruiters will show you a number of videos throughout the day which provide a great insight into the company culture. Remember to present yourself well and be positive!
