Started off with an easy phone interview, then a few days later got an email saying come in and do the group interview, I believe that was 2 weeks later. The group interview was a series of managers telling us how great the company is and the pro's of working there. We had to pretend we were consultants selling a trip to Fiji, easy. Then we had to do written assessment which was hard, calculations, pricing, car rental, it was a bit all over the place. Then we had final group interview & they kept on asking us a series of questions, describe a difficult situation at work etc etc. - Then I waited a week & someone called me to say I didn't have enough RETAIL experience (after all that - a MONTH it took)- that's all she said, get some retail experience at JB HIFI, So I shall never be booking future travel with flight centre. SOME PEOPLE DON'T KNOW A GOOD THING WHEN THEY SEE IT. I have 20 years admin experience & personal travel experience. TERRIBLE.
