Arrived a 10 Minutes early as requested and was seated in a training style room with 5 other people so not a very nig group at all really. First there was an introduction to the company which lasted half an hour. we were not asked no introduce and sell someone else. Second we took a test on creating 2 itineraries with child discounts and caluclating commission on everything as well as totals for the customers. The next one had a map that u needed to show where 3 counties were because they give you the capital names. While this was happening each of us were taken to another room and a sales roleplay was done. In the roleplay you need to know how many people, where and when they are going... dates and to over come objections. Always offer to lower price ask if they have been anywhere else and they have the itinerary so u can see what price you nees to make lower .. also if worst comes to it offer that u can place all on hold but u need a deposit to do that. Make sure you give a made up quick price and offer to beat it. MAKE SURE U KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE PERCENTAGES!
