I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Sydney) in Mar 2014
Interview
Hiring process was easy. Phone Interview then group interview, you will be tested in math, geography. If you are not good at maths and showing how you achieved those calculations you might struggle. But it was still pretty easy. The interview is the easy part, training is easy as well. Once you start in store, that's when it gets hard and you will need a lot of skill to be able to sell. They are looking for attitude more than anything else. If you have a positive attitude towards sales then you'll get the job.
