Phone interview asking if I was ok to work weekends and if I was ok with the base salary ( although I was told a higher amount than what I was later offered) Later went on to a group interview which took a whole day. Had a maths and geography test, a group interview with questions like "tell me about a time you to go above and beyond for a customer", and then a one on one session where you had to sell a holiday destination. After that they sit you down and explain the base salary the commission structure and what hours you are expected to work.
