I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Perth, Western Australia) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online late one night. I received an email response early the next morning asking me for a phone interview.
Round 1. The Phone interview is pretty easy. Guy was up beat and friendly.
Round 2 pre-work - If you pass round one, you will be emailed a link and asked to do an online launch pad test. This will take at least an hour. There are 10 assessments. The first 7 are fine. The last 3 are time and you only get 4 minutes for each. I found one very confusing (could just be me) where you need to pick the missing word.
Round 2. Recruitment Day - Lucky I studied. You will need to know your capital cities, major landmarks and how to work out percentages. You will be asked to sell the person next to you, you will be given a math exam and a geography exam. During the exam time, you will also be taken out of the room by a recruiter and conduct a role play to sell them a holiday.
