I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Sydney) in Oct 2015
Interview
Sent an online application, received an email to schedule phone interview the next day. I scheduled my phone interview on the same day and went to the group assessment the following day as well. Assessment 1 is about selling yourself, why you're fit for the job. Assessment 2 is basically math with computations on commission, insurance, airfare, refund, etc. Assessment 3 is geography as discussed here already with questions on capital cities, national airline flag carriers, map of europe, popular attractions. The role playing part is about selling a destination and getting the booking. We were divided into groups after these and had 5 people in the room (2 are from FC) with more work related interview questions. We were asked to leave after this. I thought I didn't get the job because I wasn't asked to return after lunch but received a phone call the next working day regarding calling my references. They rang both reference. It took 4 working days from my phone interview until I received the employment offer.
