The interview process was long, and somewhat intimidating. There are three sections to the all day event. The first is a room full of people where you have to talk, get to know each other and play some team building games. Next was an exam and lastly was a round table interview.

Phone interview- asked general why would you be a good fit, tell us about yourself, whats a situation that went pear-shaped and what did you do to resolve it, fav destination and 3 reasons why you should go. I didn't get an offer because apparently other people had a bigger passion for travel so push that i guess

Der Ablauf des Vorstellungsgespräches war sehr angenehm. Die Fragen waren gut überlegt und die Atmosphäre war sehr freundlich. Obwohl ich den Job nicht bekommen habe, habe ich sehr viel aus dem Interviewprozess mitnehmen und lernen können.
