I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Flight Centre Travel Group (Sydney) in Nov 2015
Interview
After I applied online through the Flight Centre website, I received an email requesting a phone interview. There was a range of times / days to choose from, I selected an interview timeslot for the next day. This phone interview was pretty standard and only took about 15 minutes. I was then asked to participate in a Skype interview. This second interview was about 30 - 45 mins long. I didn't proceed to the next stage, however this would have involved a face to face interview with the store manager of the particular branch I was applying for.
