Phone interview was scheduled on time and thorough. Previous Glassdoor reviews helped with interview preparation. The interview over the phone lasted 15 mins and was paced well. Interviewer was assessing communication and sales abilites as well as travel experience. Phone interviews are a screening process to then be invited to attend Flight Centre 4 week training program.
