The HR screening was extremely unprofessional. When he called me, there was so much background noise that I couldn’t hear him clearly, and he couldn’t hear me either. He was actually driving from Canada to the USA while speaking with me. OMG! It was truly poor, and during the conversation, I could even hear a dog barking in the background. It was like a mess during the interview.
