Applied through their online portal where I provided travel history, an example of a proud achievement and submitted my CV. Followed by phone interview which was very easy - why do you want to work for FC etc. Then I was invited to an assessment day. As per some of the other helpful reviews, they team you up with another applicant and ask you to "sell" each other. I would say I was successful because I offered to go first and demonstrated my partners ability to be likable in the workplace and to get the job done. This was followed by an immediate one-on-one interview which was also very basic. Work history, can you fit into a team, are you OK with cold calling - nothing too challanging.
