Had one brief introductory call after being contacted on LinkedIn. Role wasn't a fit. The interviewer then contacted my current employer without my permission, informing them I had spoken with Flock Safety. This is a serious violation of trust and professional recruiting standards. It put my current employment at risk and showed zero respect for candidate confidentiality.
