Interview
I had 4 rounds of interviews:
1. Meeting with the recruiter
2. Meeting with one team lead for the NEST Ops department
3. A software demo with some members of the team
4. A relatively informal interview with 2 direct team leads.
Each meeting didn't go very long, but everyone I talked to was on the same page - very informative and easy to talk to. The role was described thoroughly as well as the expectations for the next steps. My recruiter (Amy) was incredibly communicative and timely! She definitely made the process so smooth!

Interview
Found the role on Linkedin and submitted my resume. Within a day or so I received a request for an interview with a recruiter. The meeting went very well especially since she was so friendly and engaging. The 2nd interview was with the hiring manager, I was asked about my previous experience and shared some examples of how I would be a good fit for the role. It was a great conversation and I learned alot more about Florence. The third interview was with a tenured team member. I was able to ask about her experience joining Florence and tips for how a new member can start on the right foot. She was open and honest and it only made me hope to join the team more. The last step in the interview process was a virtual presentation for about 4 people. I was well prepared and was really surprised how interested everyone was and the thoughtful questions they asked. Overall while a lengthy process, it was still impressive. There was clear communication every step of the way, which in this job market anyone would appreciate.
