Florence Healthcare interview questions

I applied for IT Support Lead with Florence in April 2023. The timeframe from first interview to job offer was about 5 weeks which was about average. Interview During the interview process there were scheduled meetings with various team members including several with the hiring manager. The first interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but ran over a bit. This allowed for opportunity to ask questions while also sharing my experience. For the final meeting I was asked to give a 15-20 minute presentation on a job related topic which was provided by the hiring manager. I expected an audience but was delighted to see the CEO also in attendance. The presentation request was unexpected. I have had to fix problems even take exams during the interview process. This was my first time giving a presentation. I enjoyed the process and look forward to working a Florence Healthcare
