HireVue Interview was interesting to say the least, but very well thought through process. You get two chances to submit the answer. I suggest doing the practice questions to get a better grasp on how to record your answers.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Florida Blue (Jacksonville, FL) in Jul 2020
Interview
Since COVID happened, you now must complete a recorded interview via Hire Vue, then you move on to a final live video interview. The first recorded interview sucks... you have a read 4 questions, you have 2 mins per question to read and record your answer, you only have two times to submit your recording. So you spend most of the first recording chance, re- reading a paragraph of a question That you only originally had like 15-30 seconds to read. Then it’s super awkward.... I hated it.
