Interview
They use a behavioral interview with a panel of interviewers. You must post online for all positions. I was contacted about three weeks later. The process took a very long time about three months from start to finish. Ultimately I was given a rejection email. It stated that if you wanted feedback you could get it but it was never addressed even though I did ask for it.
