They use a behavioral interview with a panel of interviewers. You must post online for all positions. I was contacted about three weeks later. The process took a very long time about three months from start to finish. Ultimately I was given a rejection email. It stated that if you wanted feedback you could get it but it was never addressed even though I did ask for it.

Interview
Technical interview with the hiring manager and technical leads conducted over a video call. Only one round of interview since it was attended by the hiring manager. The panel consisted of three people who took turns to ask questions.
