The interview process was approximately 2 1/2 interviews. You have to take a computer test to show your computer proficiency. They lie to you during the interview while also stating that they are looking for honest employees who show maximum integrity. They don't tell you the truth that this is a 24 seven position that requires you to give up your entire life. And you don't get paid well at all. You get $1800 per month and then once you've met your $1800 for the month then you can start to make commission. There's only one agent in there who makes very good money but she is the exception to the rule most people who have been there for years are not able to rack in the numbers that that one agent is getting. So if you can live off of $1800 per month go right ahead and apply for this crazy position.
