Appalling and extremely unprofessional process! I applied online through LinkedIn back in November and had a HR person sent a LinkedIn message 4 days later to arrange an initial call. It was a nice and easy chat with introduction to the company. He said that they were looking to hiring someone urgent and will come back to me within 3 days. Heard back from him 1 week later to say that an interview will be tomorrow! They've scheduled 2 interviews with a Specialist and a Media Manager. The interview went smoothly and was asked standard question about background and experience. Later in the day, the HR person messaged to say that they've scheduled another 2 interviews for the next day with a Senior Media Manager and another Media Manager. The call with the Senior Media Manager was a simple chat about my values and the company. The second call with another Media Manager was a case analysis interview on which product would sell best on Amazon Marketplace. The HR person sent another message the next day to have the final interview with the SVP. The interview with the SVP was simple and straightforward. He was friendly and said that I should hear back from the company within 24 hours. 10 days later still heard nothing from the company, sent a LinkedIn message to the HR person and has not heard any response since. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the HR person. As a courtesy after having had the final interview with the SVP, I would at least appreciate a feedback from the interview or that they've decided to go with another candidate. It's been 2 months since the last communication and I have yet to hear anything from them.
