Received an email within 15 minutes of applying and was requested a 30-minute interview with the talent acquisition coordinator two days later. Seemed like the interview was going great and she wanted me to go to the next 2 rounds of interviews the following week. Followed up with her twice...no response.... It has been about 3 weeks and I have not heard anything. Then I noticed the position was reposted on LinkedIn. I would have completely understood if I was not the right fit but would have appreciated a response or some kind of communication that the position was filled. Not very professional.

I had an initial phone screening over Zoom or Google which I thought went well—followed up twice and never heard back. How hard is it to send a pre-written email saying they're not continuing? While that is becoming the norm I felt that it was rather rude.
