Not sure if they really know what they are looking for – you may have to be a unicorn to check all the boxes. If you make it to meet their other Lead, you might be weary that there may be a power struggle, as they will want to lead you. This position is more of a senior IC role in a team of 3 and definitely not a Lead role.
