a day after applying i recieved a phone call for an interview. i was interviewed by the assistant store manager as well as the customer service manager. after a quick 10 minute "test" with basic math and simple questions, i was asked a series of questions to describe who i am, what i am appplying for the job and what i am hoping to accomplish.

for some reason i was randomly asked who the president of the united states was, in an atempt to figure out how much i pay attention to whats going on in the real world.

Interview
Asked about my experience, physical and mental ability to perform the job, motivation for working and seeking position, and understanding of the jobs requirements. Asked if there were schedule restrictions. Asked a handful of questions on how I'd deal with upset customers, underachieving employees, and upper management.
They asked my philosophy on managing others, how I felt discipline should be given, my thoughts on being responsible for those I was directly managing. They asked me about my personality, my morals, and what kind of work environment I felt was the best.
