FoodTec Solutions Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

I applied on LinkedIn and received a message for a phone screening. The interviewer was late to the phone screening and he gave me a starting salary. When we had a second interview, he was late again and verbally offered me a job 10k lower than what was stated before. I told him I would have to think about it but never responded to them. If they try to make the salary lower, they don’t value you. I was already overqualified for the position at hand.
