I applied in-person. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was professional, well-structured, and very positive. It started with an initial conversation with my manager, Nitzan, followed by an additional conversation with HR. After that, I completed a sales demo and a scenario discussion where I had the opportunity to share more about my experience and how it aligns with the role, as well as a written assessment. I then had the opportunity to meet with Christian, the VP of Sales.
Throughout the process, the communication was clear and the team was very welcoming and professional. The final stage of the process was also very clear in terms of closing the employment terms, and I have since signed the contract.
Overall, it was a great experience that gave me a strong understanding of the company, the team, and the expectations for the role.
