Interview
The online application process requires two supervisors contact information. Be prepared to offer some kind of supervisor type contact. Perhaps a supervisor from a volunteer job could be submitted. I was not able to pass the online application process with Fortbend ISD even though I passed the one-on-one interview with them. My previous company policies forbid managers from supplying references. Some companies adopt these policies to protect themselves from lawsuits. Fortbend ISD wouldn't make an exception in my case. However, Houston ISD and Katy ISD did make an exception for me and I was hired by these districts.

Interview
Very quick digital interview! When you log on to Zoom you will join a main room filled with other applicants. Your group's administrator will quickly explain the next steps ( I suggest snapping a quick picture so you don't miss anything). They will then send you to be interviewed in differing breakout rooms conducted by a principal. Your time is short so be quick and concise, you will only have 10 minutes for your interview. It was very rushed. I'm used to at least 30 minutes being allotted for interviews.

Interview
It was simple enough. You simply apply online and can reach out to the school contact in the job opening. They will then conduct a 15min interview with the principal and Vice principal.
