After applying a campus recruiter asked for a chance to discuss the opportunity more through a call. It was a very casual conversation, the recruiter I was talking with was really easy to talk to and made the call delightful. I was then invited to an on-campus interview where I was able to talk with a partner from the firm and really get to know the program. The on-campus interview was overall also really casual and easygoing. Both interviews asked behavioral questions, nothing complex.
