Applied online, campus recruiter reached out and we set up an in office interview. The person interviewing me was 5-10 minutes late so I sat in the office for a bit (it was nice). The interview itself was more of a conversation than a question-answer, behavioral test. Interviewer asked how I was doing, what I had done that day, and the conversation grew from there. Talked through my resume and asked a few questions about my transcript. Told me I would be hearing from them the very next week and said something about how they valued my time. Clearly they did not, because I never heard back from them. It was a very pleasant interview.
