I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fossil Group (Richardson, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
I swear butted my resume on line and received a call back about a week later. I went through the entire interview process with3 separate I retired with different levels of management. The third interview I was told I had the position and that HR would be contacting me. A week went by and no call. So I called them and left numerous messages. I was literally being ignored. Finally on the third week someone picked up and informed me the position had been adjusted to an analytical position. I explained to them I was offered the position and how come no one informed me. She was very rude and said "If you were in fact offered the position they would have told us." So I had the Managers business card and called him. He informed me that HR said I never returned their calls so they went with someone else. I told him that wasn't true that I have been leaving messages and told him what they told me about the position being changed. He apologized and said nothing could be done. I was crushed!! What a dirty way to run a company.
