Fossil Group Sales Associate interview questions

I was referred by a friend so the interview process was pretty relaxed. I went in to chat with the store manager and a few days later he called offering me the position.

I walked in and asked if they were hiring; filled out an application; got called the next day for an interview. After a 30-minute interview they hired me. They probably should have taken more time for this process, but they were really in a hurry to find people to train for Christmas time.
