Fossil Group Sales Associate interview questions

Had a mini phone interview (super short and nonspecific) with manager and then arranged an interview face-to-face. Interview was casual and asked a couple of general questions on previous work experience, with a focus on abilities to upsell.

easy, I walked in filled out application was asked a few standard questions about experience and work history and got called with an offer two days later. I applied before the holidays so i think timing is critical, they maybe weren't heavily scrutinizing as they needed bodies to fill shifts but it turned out to be a great fit i was there for several years.
