I applied and was contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter was VERY responsive, and we had a great phone interview. She let me know the team had an "internal candidate," but that they were still open to interviewing others. I was asked to provide writing samples, which I did. On the day of the interview, it was me and at least four others (all done over video). Half of the participants seemed uninterested, and they were literally just reading off paper (question 1, question 9, etc). I received the decision the following day. The best part of the process was the recruiter. The rest of the team/process needs work.
