Interview
A test followed by Interviews. I applied for off campus hiring drive for women(received the notice from the CDC) .
It was in two parts, coding contest and interviews
Coding Contest:
CAT level MCQ aptitude test(you will have to be quick enough to attempt all the questions) + 4 SQL queries + 4 Python(or R)
(approximately 7 days gap between test and interview for me)
After getting shortlisted, you will receive a date for the interviews.
All the three rounds done in 1 day. Received the results the next morning.

The complete process took place without any delay. It was quick and to the point.

1. HR round: (Anything you want to talk about) It was half hour discussion about my prior experiences, my interests, my projects etc.
2. Business Understanding: CV based projects + core subject concepts + some math and logic
3. Problem solving: Again CV based concepts in detail + probability question(revolver with two consecutive bullets) + situational question(partner and me having different approach on a problem, what would I do?)

Fractal came to my university.
There were 2 online tests, and 3 rounds of interviews. The first online test was of CAT level aptitude, quite tough. The second online test was coding test. You could code in R & SQL or Python & SQL.
